Immediate Objectives
1. Improvement in the capacity of institutions promoting or implementing integrated water resources management projects and programmes in the Southern Africa Region based on regionally available expertise and the use of flexible and timely assistance.
2. Institutions and regional consultants working within the area of integrated water resources management in the Southern Africa Region capable of preparing sound, well defined projects, programmes, terms of reference for studies and consultancies, as well as documentation of good practices using modern appropriate approaches.
